So for the last year I have been using this technique for weight loss and healthy living, however it can also be applied to all the parts of your life.
It’s so simple, it’s so achievable! Simply do 5 things differently everyday. For example at work, instead of taking the elavator make the choice to walk up the stairs. Instead of having a normal latte, try a skinny latte. Instead of letting that piece of trash fly by, pick it up and put it in the bin. Make a conscious effort to be nice to someone in traffic (not easy in South Africa) by letting them in or saying thank you with a wave of a flash opf your hazards. Once you have been doing this for a while the things you do will become ingrained in you and you won’t even think about them anymore. Then it’s time to start on the next 5! Simple but so effective.
